This is a large grassy lot bordered on the west by an apartment building and a six foot wood privacy fence. There is a large tree along Montgomery. There are no sidewalks on this lot despite a fair amount of foot traffic.
*This lot is comprised of two smaller lots of approximately 30 FT X 112 FT. For the purpose of the competition, it will be leased as one single lot.
